How to Burn 1500 Calories on a Sunday Morning

First, get up at least a couple hours before the sun comes up. Then go for a swim with a few friends. (And look out for the jellyfish!) The more rubberized and obnoxious your clothing is, the better.
Like I said, it was early, and I don't do cheery in the morning.

I'm the only one with the blue sleeves. (Click for video! ) I'll give you a dollar if you can find me!
Second, run to the transition zone, change clothes really fast, and try to find your bike while getting oxygen back in your brain.
After you find it, ride your bike around an island a few times, trying to pass everyone you see.
If you make it back from that, the next step is to change shoes and head out for a run....in the sand. (Surprise!)
The nice thing about running in sand is that when you get back to asphalt, you feel like you aren't even touching the ground! Look, I can float!
And that, my friends, is how to burn 1500 calories before breakfast!
